In the default configuration, to moderate comment or form submissions you need to click on the link in the notification email, and then approve or reject it after viewing it in the control panel.

We now offer an alternative workflow that allows the moderator to simply click a link in the notification email to accept or reject the item.

To enable email-based moderation, create a Global Setting named security.moderation.key and set its value to any string (this makes it unique to a given site).

Notification emails will then include Accept and Reject links.
