One of the powerful features built into the Webvanta system for aggregating content is the ability to periodically import content from RSS feeds into your database.

To set up feeds to be imported, click on the Database tab in the control panel, and then on the Manage Feed Processors link on the main Database control panel page. (Note that the number of feeds you can import depends on the plan you are on; see our Pricing page for details.)

This feature has been available for some time, so what's new?

In the past, items could only be imported into "Link" item types. Now you can specify any item type, so you can use RSS feeds to import into custom item types.
