New team member: Andrew DesChenes
I am pleased to announce that Andrew DesChenes has joined us as our Support Manager. He'll be there at the other end of the chat and email support, as well as on the phone. He'll also be helping us continue to improve and expand our documentation and cookbook of site-building recipes. It won't be long before you'll start to see examples of his contributions.
Andrew will also be managing our consulting projects, doing setup work for designers when they want help. Many designers have found this option helpful, having us get them started quickly, at least for their first Webvanta site.
Andrew has more than a decade of experience in software development, web development, and IT, with experience at Michigan State University, Motorola, Computer Sciences Corp., and as an independent web developer. His education includes a B.S. in computer science and a Masters in music production and technology. We're thrilled to have him on board.
We are deeply committed to providing world-class support for the designers using Webvanta, and Andrew will help us continue to deliver on that commitment.
